June - July, 2010 Math I for 64th term (2010) of the International Statistical Education Centre (ISEC)

My first teaching experience at ISI Kolkata was a delight. The 24 students from all over the world were an extrememly interesting group to work with, and I hope they enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Here are a few Class Photos.

Spring 2008 MATH 135: Algebra [Course Webpage]

This was the first time I taught my own course. I served as the instructor, as well as the course coordinator for the term. The responsibilities included making the course structure, teaching a class of 90 students, holding regular office hours and tutorial sessions, delegating jobs to the teaching assistant and the markers, making assignments and exam papers, and last but not the least, grading the exams and completing related official paperworks. I maintained a course webpage as a primary mode of communication with my students. It contains all assignments, solutions, lecture notes and exam references to aid the learners.
